Finnish Cucumber Salad
It’s a perfect summer salad! It pairs perfectly well with a salmon dish!

Ingredients:
3 cucumbers, thinly sliced
1/3 cup cider vinegar
¼ cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons sugar
A pinch of salt and black pepper
1 tablespoon dill, chopped
Method:
1. In a salad bowl, mix the cucumbers with the vinegar, water, oil, sugar, salt, pepper and dill, toss and serve cold.
